If you know me, you know that I’m involved in a lot of different things. From blogging here at P&C to the to the Boston Day Book, to the BCAE, to Wicked Peacock, I’m constantly running around the city and I love every minute of it. I’m passionate about clean eating and have found that it helps keep my energy level up so I can maintain my schedule.
When I connected with JOOS CEO and founder, Lauri Meizler, I was instantly inspired. Eating well is a large part of my lifestyle and I regularly consume green smoothies, but have never had the chance to try juicing. Aw thanks for entering! I had never tried a cleanse either and I was a little nervous at the beginning, but it’s been easier than I thought.
After our convo the other day, this sounded like a fabulous cleanse- especially with the allowance of sensible food! Your approach is totally realistic, which will definitely equal success with your reboot. So lovely meeting you in person BTW! Keep me posted when you go out to something soon, will try to crawl out of the burbs;)
